DescriptionAre you an experienced Industrial Roofer? Do you have a background within Industrial Roofing and Cladding? Are you looking for a progressive management career?
Due to expansion, Kingscroft are looking for a Trainee Contracts Manager specialising in industrial roofing and cladding works. My client, based in the Staffordshire area, offers a great salary ranging from £25k-£28k with a great benefit package including a company car and mobile phone. This role would suit a candidate with a motivated and experienced within industrial roofing (Ideally refurb and repair work) and is looking to progress into a Contracts Manager role. Knowledge of cladding systems and industrial roofing methods is also ideal, along with qualifications too.
The successful candidate will be working and reporting to the MD and would have the responsibility for preparing RAMS, lifting plans etc. Along with this there is a support team consisting of site and office admin staff who are responsible for organising transport and deliveries for sites along with raising and administrating all necessary paperwork. My client operate on a nationwide scale, so some travelling may be involved, but a company car is provided as part of the package.
Ideally my client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join the team and they will be required to have a strong background in industrial roofing and cladding. Typical projects my client undertake are commercial and industrial roofing repairs.
Relevant site qualifications needed for this role are:
• SMSTS/SSSTS (Advantageous)
All other courses training will be provided by my client.
A competitive salary ranging from £25k- £28k will be offered for the right candidate dependent on experience.
