Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, you will be responsible for design, delivery and / or source Talent and Leadership Development interventions that support the execution of the company's strategic imperatives and enhances business performance across the organisation.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities

To support the transformation of the company both organisationally and culturally.
Provide business specific Talent Management interventions e.g. Change Management, Performance Management, Team development, Coaching, Critical Thinking etc.
Support the HR team in developing or enhancing talent processes.
Further develop and maintain key management & personal development programmes such as "Management Excellence" and Management Essentials."
Support the operations training team as well as closely working alongside HR Business Partners and leaders
As a business partner; advise and support managers to develop their performance and that of their team.
To administer and support the graduate, apprenticeship and intern program
Contribute to strategic projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact Talent, Learning and Organisation Development’s processes and systems, for example, HRIS project.

Key Background and Experience

OD or equivalent Human Performance qualifications desirable
Experience ideally within a regulated industry, is desirable ie pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing or production.
Experience of organisational design and development including change management
Experience in a range of talent management and succession interventions in operational organisations
Experienced in utilising and applying psychometric profiles and feedback reports
Expertise and experience in designing and implementing leadership development initiatives, performance management, career development, talent management and succession processes
Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders internationally
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business.
Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation
