Due to movement in the team, our client, a leading player in the professional services sector, is looking to appoint a Reward Administrator to support the function in payroll and benefits administration. A flexible client, this role can be delivered on a full or part time basis - school hours 5 days per week or 4 full days per week. Opportunity to work from home one day a week also.

Key Responsibilities include:

Benefits Administration

Day to day benefit administration for all group and voluntary benefits, such as Private Medical, Group Income Protection, Death in Service, Share Incentive Plan, Childcare Vouchers and Long Service Awards

Assists with the annual renewal of Group benefits including compiling annual renewal data and participating in provider reviews
Acts as the point of contact for all Benefit queries
Ensures all benefits information and policy documents are up to date on the internal intranet
Co-ordinates the annual wellness week process
Assists with setting up benefits in Countries as and when the business set up new offices
Project work as required. For 2018 this will involve implementing a new flexible benefits system

Provides administrative support for the annual pay review cycle including letter production and distribution, and provides data for compiling the pay review spreadsheets

Supports annual benchmarking process and ad hoc benchmarking requests
Supports annual gender pay gap reporting process
Supports annual Directors Emoluments process by providing accurate data on a timely basis
Ad hoc reporting as required

Collation and processing of monthly payroll data to outsourced payroll provider for 3 offices Uk and International

Manage annual P11D process
Acts as the point of contact for all payroll related queries

Day to day pension scheme administration for all employees, including monthly upload of pension data and adding new joiners to pension portal

Coordinates bi-annual Pension Governance Committee meetings including preparing meeting packs and taking notes
Administration of annual and life time allowance process
