Description

This is a great opportunity to join this team working with a prestige Brand located in Slough

Job Description

The candidate will have previous parts experience working for either a main dealer or motor factor,
You will be responsible for dealing with fresh customers orders trade and retail over the phone and face to face and supplying parts to the back counter.

Job Duties

Managing the day to day calls from the customer network.
Understanding the parts requirement and identifying sales opportunities.
Ensure the customer expectations are fulfilled.
To gain repeat profitable business.
Communicate with customers and colleagues to maintain first class service.

Required Skills/Qualifications

Good communicator with experience of operating at all levels
Knowledge of Microsoft products and customer service databases
Proven track record of operating in a customer service environment
Understanding of the car parts market.
Ability to gather information quickly, analyse and communicate solutions efficiently and effectively
Ability to troubleshoot problems
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Experienced in dealing with suppliers and customers
PC literate and proficient in Microsoft office applications
Team player

Hours
Monday - Friday 8am- 6pm
Saturday rota basis 1:3
