Office Manager
Uxbridge

Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) is the leader in compliance management for the Care sector. We aim to improve Care for all and we have a great team in place to help us achieve this. The Office Manager will ensure our great team has a great place to work.

This opportunity is a combination of facility management, PA to the CEO and administration support to the Executive Team. The main tasks:

• Facilities management
• Welcome visitors
• Schedule maintenance
• Health & Safety
• Post
• Stationary supplies
• Sustenance – water & fresh fruit deliveries
• Manage meeting room use
• Manage IT/AV requirements for meeting rooms
• PA to the CEO, business and personal
• Book travel
• Provide admin support
• Local errands
• Diary management of a multi-site international schedule

The Person:

• sets the pace and is always one step ahead.
• is a skilled listener, is intuitive and fact finding, will be the fixer.
• notices the detail.
• is reliable and discreet.
• is proficient in systems, Microsoft and CRM.
• is keen to be a part of a growing and purposeful organization.

This is a full-time, permanent position in the Uxbridge town center. We offer some flexibility to start and finish times based on Core Hours. A competitive salary is offered plus a benefits package: pension, up to 28 days holiday and added perks.
