DescriptionOur client based in Seaham is looking to recruit an Account Administrator to join their busy Customer Service Team, reporting into the Key Account Manager. You will support the Account Executives and Key Account Managers, providing all aspects of administration support required to ensure that all customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded by the client.
• Responsible for the full project process
• Scheduling deliveries of customer stock
• Liaise with all internal key contacts in a timely and professional manner, to ensure relevant information required to meet customer requirements are available and understood by all parties
• Assist with the co-ordination of all customer visits
• Acquire thorough working knowledge and understanding of all Company products and applications (including I-mail), updating as appropriate on a regular basis
• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Work are available for all tasks carried out where necessary and are up to date
• Ensure departmental housekeeping is maintained to required standards
• Ensure adherence by self & department to Company security, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and FSC / PEFC Chain of Custody standards at all times
• Assist in the duties of / cover role of Account Executive as requested
The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, have excellent administration skills with superb literacy.
