Are you an experienced admin assistant/receptionist looking for a new role?
Do you have experience working within an office environment in the construction industry?

Due to expansion, Kingscroft have been asked to recruit on behalf of a civils and construction client of ours for an Office Administrator. Based near to Stoke-on-Trent, our client work within the civil engineering and groundworks sector, specifically on residential projects. Reporting to senior management, the office based role will involve assisting the commercial team with day to day admin and filing duties. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within the construction and/or engineering industry. No formal qualifications are required for this role, although candidates are expected to be computer literate, competent in using Microsoft Office and have previously worked in administration. A competitive salary will be offered ranging between £15k-£20k Per Annum DOE.
Duties of the role:
• Managing staff post and incoming calls.
• Re-directing lines, taking messages, answering calls.
• Typing up letters and newsletters.
• Documenting orders received.
• Archiving historic data (job files, tenders etc.)
• Booking in training courses.
• Reception cover when needed.
• Booking hotel accommodation/travel when required.
• Photocopying and general filing duties.
• Manage absentee records and holiday records.
• Tea/coffee/refreshments to be made for the Senior Management & Commercial Team.
Overall, my client are looking for a well-rounded Office Administrator with some good experience working for a construction (or similar) company. For the right candidate with the correct experience, a salary of between £15k-£20k P/A will be offered.
