Business Development Executive –Corporate Events- £50,000 OTE

The Role:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new Business opportunities and finding new accounts by proactively prospecting new clients and attending meetings. Focusing on selling Summits and Corporate Events into Fortune 500 companies within the Financial, IT and Technology sectors. You will be liaising with key decision makers and interacting with C-Level directors in the industry. The Business Development Executive will need to be prepared to build a strong client base by generating your own leads to maximise revenue.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Executive candidate must be Degree Educated and is required to have previous experience selling Corporate Events ideally into the Legal and Publishing sectors with some exposure to Fortune 500 companies and interactive with C-Level decision makers. You must have a hunger for new business and be incredibly self-motivated with a track record of consistently exceeding targets within the corporate sector. The Business Development Executive must be client focused with a clear drive for success, uphold excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette. It is vital to build lasting relationships with your customers in order to retain and maximise revenue opportunities.
